Magical Moments
We have years of experience and have dedicated ourselves to helping our clients have magical experiences. There is a lot of time that goes into a Disney trip and our highly trained Disney travel agents require compensation.
Why do you charge a fee?
The vacation packages change, Genie+ times change, and our information and tips change very much with on property, vs. off property. We have found it is a lot smoother and can stay on top of every little detail for our clients if we are only focusing on property.
Why do you not work with people staying off property?
We need firm dates in order to provide pricing. Please know your exact dates before we start working together!
What if I have flexible dates?
Our Disney Travel agents have all graduated the Disney College of Knowledge training program. Most of us are at Disney World (parks and resorts) approx. 45 days a year. We visit Universal Orlando at least twice a year (sometimes more).
How often do you visit these locations?
Yes we can help you plan your wedding at Walt Disney World, Aulani or on a Disney Cruise! That is the most magical way to tie the knot! Please contact us to start planning!
Do you plan Disney Weddings?
When new promotions are available, we always check clients trips to make sure they are getting the best deal possible.
What if a new or better promotion pops up after I book?
Our Disney specialists are available between 8am-3pm- Monday - Thursday. You can email us anytime between those hours as well, and expect to hear back within 24 business hours. We of course, keep in touch with those in destination.
What are your business hours?
No, we get the same prices at Disney World and Universal Orlando. We are here to provide you with all the information possible to get the most out of your trip that you spend your hard earned money on!
Do you have additional promotions and discounts that Disney World and Universal Orlando do not offer?
