This will help us not only get to know each other but also narrow down some locations for you. If you aren’t sure what you want, that’s no problem! I can walk you through some popular options to see how you feel. I know what’s out there and what works best. 

Based on the info you provided on the call, I’ll come up with a proposal that includes a short list of venues. We include real photos of actual wedding setups at the locations, and make sure to include even the newest resorts that fit your vision! From there, it’s up to you and your partner to decide which option is right for you and your big day. 

Things to Consider Before Our Call

What is your budget? 

The number one thing we need to know on our initial planning call is your wedding budget. After all, the budget will determine everything from travel to accommodations and catering! Even if you can’t provide an exact number, a rough estimate will be enough to get the ball rolling. 

When do you want to get married? 

The time of year that you choose to get married will affect the weather, temperature, beach conditions, and more. Although some things are unpredictable (rain happens year-round in tropical destinations), avoiding certain seasons can make your experience much better. 

What vibe do you want? 

Feet in the sand? Sky terrace overlooking the beach? Lush scenery? Resorts are unique, and each one has its own style. Giving us an idea of what type of day you’re looking for allows us to match you with the perfect locations. 

Kids or no kids? 

Many all-inclusive resorts are adults-only, so if you’d like to have kids at your wedding, that’s something we definitely need to know upfront. But that’s not to say you can’t have an all-inclusive wedding with kids! We have plenty of family-friendly options if that’s something that’s important to you. And if you only have one or two kids who will be in attendance, we can even recommend an adults-only property that is attached to a family-friendly resort, so everyone is happy!
